1. Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera)

- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon (2–5 grams) dudh ya gungune paani ke sath, din mein 1–2 baar.

- Eat 1 tsp Ashwagandha powder mixed with honey.

You can also take Ashwagandha capsules and tablets on the advice of your doctor.
300-500 mg capsule, 1–2 times daily.
2. Tulsi (Holy Basil)
Tulsi (Holy Basil), also known as the “Queen of Herbs“, is considered a sacred and powerful herb in Ayurveda. It not only has religious significance but is also famous for its antioxidant, antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties.
Benefits :
- Increases the body’s immunity and protects against infections
- It is very helpful in cold and cough
- Improves digestion
- It is useful in diabetes
- It is helpful in asthma and heart related problems
- It removes problems like pimples and scalp infections.
Way to consume
- You can consume 4-5 basil leaves every morning
- You can boil 4-5 basil leaves in water with honey and ginger and drink it.
- You can drink Tulsi juice mixed with water in the morning on an empty stomach.
⚠️⚠️ Consuming basil in excessive amounts can cause acid reflux or stomach irritation.
People taking pregnancy or blood-thinning medicines should do so only after consulting a doctor.
3. Giloy (Guduchi)
Giloy, also known as Guduchi or Amrita.
It controls cough and also increases immunity power, which prevents diseases like asthma and cough and keeps the lungs healthy.
Giloy means “Amrita” i.e. nectar like herb, which makes the body strong and disease free.

- Protects the body from infections and seasonal flu
- Helps prevent diseases like dengue, chikungunya, and viral fever
- Eliminates kidney related problems
- Helps to cure joint pain
- Improves digestive system
- Cleans the blood and keeps the skin healthy
way to consume
- Wash the stem of Giloy and blend it well in a mixer and drink 25-30 ml daily in the morning on an empty stomach.
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon with lukewarm water or milk, 1–2 times a day.
⚠️250–500 mg tablets 1–2 times a day as advised by the doctor.
⚠️ Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not take it without doctor’s advice.
4.Triphla
Triphala is a well-known Ayurvedic formulation which is a mixture of three fruits. These three fruits are:
- Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
- Haritaki (Chebulic Myrobalan)
- Bibhitaki (Belleric Myrobalan)
Triphala is considered a natural detoxifier and rejuvenator in Ayurveda that helps cleanse the body from within and strengthens health.
